Residential Access Control
Restricting security for tenants to communal areas is indeed a safety measure housing assosiations and building owners need to take to minimise damage, theft and crime within the premises
Managing your building
Our solutions can be used individually or as a fully integrated system to provide landlords, building managers and home owners with a flexible and cost-effective solution.
- Multi-tenant / Multi-site – divide the site up into zones to set tailored access permissions for communal areas such as stairwells, lifts and car parks
- Straightforward card management – simply cancel a lost token without needed to change locks
- Video Door Entry – audio or video recognition of a visitor before they are granted access and concierge management for communicating with residents
- On the go – view events and alerts remotely to your smart device with the Paxton Connect app
Setting access rights
Depending on which solution you choose, access permissions can be managed from a PC or locally at each door. Either way, our solutions can help you manage your building with a range of access permissions.
- Temporary Access – provide visitors or tradespeople with a token that has a time restriction to only allow them access for when they need it
- Door/Building Group – split a building into specific public and private areas, for example visitors or guests can be set to only access the entrance lobby
- Car Parks – can be easily secured using long-range readers and hands-free tokens so only residents have access, without needing to get out of their vehicle
- Wireless Door Handles – a great way to secure single or multiple doors such as the building manager’s office or access to the residents’ car park
